This Privacy Policy applies to personal data collected through the Website. We are committed to processing your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679, "GDPR") for visitors located in the European Economic Area, and the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of Hong Kong ("PDPO").

3.2 Data you provide through our scheduling tool
When you book a meeting through our embedded Calendly widget, Calendly collects the information you submit (typically name, email and any details you choose to add). This information is processed by Calendly LLC under its own privacy policy, and shared with us so we can attend the meeting.
3.3 Data shared via WhatsApp
When you click the WhatsApp contact button, you are redirected to WhatsApp. Any data shared from that point on is also governed by WhatsApp's privacy policy.

6. International data transfers
Because Kaway Group Limited is based in Hong Kong and uses service providers located outside the European Economic Area (mainly in the United States), your personal data may be transferred internationally.
For visitors located in the EEA, where transfers occur to countries that the European Commission has not deemed to provide an adequate level of data protection, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission, or the recipient's certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, where applicable.

7. Data retention
We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy:
Contact form inquiries: up to 24 months from the last interaction, after which data is deleted unless a commercial relationship has begun.
Existing client communications: for the duration of the commercial relationship and up to 6 years afterwards, in compliance with applicable accounting and commercial law obligations.
Analytics data: as configured in our analytics tools, typically up to 14 months.
After the applicable retention period, your data is deleted or anonymized.

10. Do-Not-Track signals
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature you can activate to signal your preference not to have data about your online activities monitored and collected. As no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other automated mechanism. If a standard is adopted in the future, we will inform you in an updated version of this Privacy Policy.
11. Minors
The Website is intended for B2B commercial use and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us at hello@accesioid.com so we can delete it.
