About us
Accesio didn't come out of nowhere. For more than a decade, we've designed and manufactured access control products for events, festivals and venues worldwide, and we kept seeing the same problem: organisers had to choose between suppliers who didn't control the product, or production that didn't understand their market.
We built Accesio to end that trade-off. Product and service under one team, with nothing lost in between. The result: faster orders, fewer surprises, and credentials that just work on the day.

Our minimum order is 500 units. That is a guide figure: the real minimum depends on the material, the print and the chip.
How long does production take after order confirmation?
Once artwork and encoding data are approved, production takes 9 to 11 working days, plus shipping.
Can I request samples before confirming an order?
Yes. We dispatch a physical sample of your credential within 24 hours of you confirming it, by express courier, so it normally arrives the same week.
Which chip systems and frequencies do you work with?
All three bands. LF 125 kHz, HF 13.56 MHz and UHF 860 to 960 MHz. Credentials ship pre encoded, so they work on arrival.
What happens if there's a problem with my order after delivery?
The same team that quoted your order handles it. Our average response time is one hour, before and after you order.
