What's the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our minimum order is 500 units. That is a guide figure: the real minimum depends on the material, the print and the chip.
How long does production take after order confirmation?
As a guide, production takes 10 to 12 days after artwork and specifications are approved, plus shipping. We confirm the total delivery time for each order before you commit.
Can I request samples before confirming an order?
Yes. We dispatch a physical sample of your credential within 24 hours of you confirming it, by express courier, so it normally arrives the same week.
Which chip systems and frequencies do you work with?
We work with LF 125 kHz, HF 13.56 MHz and UHF 860 to 960 MHz. Tell us which access or cashless system you use. We confirm the chip and encoding before production and deliver your credentials ready to use.
What happens if there's a problem with my order after delivery?
The same team that quoted your order handles it. Our average response time is one hour, before and after you order.
Do you sell the access control system too?
No. We manufacture the credentials only, and we work white label: the wristband, badge or lanyard carries the event's brand or yours, never ours. We sit alongside the system you already use instead of replacing it.
Can you print variable data?
Yes. Mapped UIDs, sequential numbering and QR codes. Credentials ship encoded, not blank.
Where do you manufacture?
In Dongguan, Guangdong, China. Our team manages production and chip encoding end to end, and orders ship from there.
